The trip was wonderful and I can't thank you enough for all of your efforts. The 14 students really had a memorable and unique time. The adjustments we made to the itinerary were all well received. The meeting with college freshmen in Kunming and the dinner and dance at Tibetan house were especially fun. The trip to Xigatze took us over a mountain pass at 18,200 feet in a snowstorm, which was really awe-inspiring.

Just returned from a wonderful 13 days trip arranged by China Silk Tours, agency which we learned about through Frommers. We toured Beijing, Xian, Guilin and Shanghai. I must say that this river tirp was the highlight of the whole tour. The scenery is just beautiful, and the mountains surrounded by mist are the subject of many well-known drawings.
